AX-100

Filed under: Pass Amplifiers — Spencer @ 10:13 pm

This was the biggest amplifier I ever made so far.  It weights more than 35kg each mono block.  I use total 1kV transformer and 3 big heat sinks for each block.  This give me about 100W pure class A and the bass strength is just super!  It is also very hot and consume about 300W power for each block.  Unfortunately the sound for mid and high frequency is not very smooth but it is great to drive low frequency speaker.
